Making what was once a taxing experience of shopping retail for overpriced, low-quality mattresses, CRaVE moved their expertise and knowledge into producing for the individual. Believing that one mattress does not fit all, CRaVE believes the consumer deserves options. • How Long Will It Take to Receive my Crave Mattress?

  Once you place your order, we will manufacture and ship your mattress from North Carolina in 3 - 5 working days. FedEx delivery will take from 1 - 5 weekdays, depending on where you live in the Continental US.  You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

• Where is the Crave Mattress Made?

  Our components come from North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.  Our mattresses and foundations are all made in North Carolina.

• What are the Mattress Dimensions?

  Twin: 38” x 75”
  Twin XL (Extra Long): 38” x 80”
  Full (Double):  54” x 75”
  Queen:  60” x 80”
  King:  76” x 80”
  California King:  72” x 84”
  
  The Medium Firm model is 9” high
  The Luxury Firm and Luxury Plush models are 10” high
  The Ultra Plush model is 12” high

• What Kind of Base do I Need to Use?

  Your CRaVE mattress is compatible with a platform bed, slatted bed base, box spring, or foundation. It is not necessary to purchase a new base if you have one that is not warped or sagging. We do offer a convenient, easy-to-assemble foundation if needed.

• Can a Crave Mattress be Used on an Adjustable Bed?

  Yes, absolutely! All CRaVE mattresses can be used on adjustable bases.

• Do Mattresses with Memory Foam Sleep Hot?

  Not all memory foams are created equal. CRaVE has engineered their memory foam to be open cell. Open cell memory foam reduces heat and allows for increased airflow, keeping your mattress cool, fresh, and dry.

• Why latex and What if I have Allergies?

  Latex is dust mite-resistant, is resilient, and provides excellent cushioning. Our latex is convoluted (egg crate) for additional airflow and temperature regulation, equaling a cooler sleeping mattress. Latex allergies are considered contact allergies to the protein in latex. Because the latex is washed thoroughly, the high temperatures denature the proteins responsible for triggering allergic reactions.  Additionally, the mattress cover protects the skin against direct contact.

• How Does the 100 Night Sleep Trial Work?

  Choosing a mattress shouldn’t be like speed dating. It’s a long-term relationship, and you need more than 10 minutes in a retail store to decide if it’s the right one for you. That’s why we offer a 100-night sleep trial on all mattresses. It can take a little while to adjust to a new mattress, and we suggest that you sleep on itfor a few weeks to allow your body to adjust. If you decide that the CRaVE mattress is not right for you, just let us know, and we will arrange to have your mattress donated to a local charity. We will issue a 100% refund for your mattress purchase.

• What is your Shipping Policy?

  All CRaVE products ship FREE by FedEx. Shipping takes 3 - 5 working days depending on your location. We currently ship to the Continental US only. As soon as FedEx picks up your order, you will receive a tracking number by email.
