Return & Refund Policy

If you decide that your Crave mattress is not right for any reason returning it is as easy as an e-mail.

We ask that you give your Crave Mattress a solid 30-day try before initiating a return. Many people find it takes at least two weeks to get used to a new mattress, especially when switching from a traditional innerspring to a foam mattress. Plus, your mattress may need a little time to "break in" and feel right to you. After your Crave Mattress has been in your home for at least 30 days, you can start the quick and easy return process.

Our 100 night trial covers our mattresses as well as our Pillows. All other items are final sale and can not be returned.
